In the middle of winter, this multi-venue festival gets people out of their houses for a great week of music and community. I got the lovely opportunity to hang out at the Handsome Daughter on Friday, January 23rd, to enjoy and photograph some of my favourite local bands, as well as new artists from across Canada.

Indeego’s January 17 show at The Osborne Taphouse blended powerful hard rock with purpose, as a packed Girls Night Out raised funds for local women’s shelters.
